Customer Care App
I worked as a backend developer for a customer support application using Spring Boot. My responsibilities included developing APIs for chat and voice interactions, managing event handling via pub-sub, calculating agent stats, creating pattern APIs and addressing voice and chat-related bug fixes. Our project facilitated end-to-end customer journeys, offering both chat and call functionalities. We crafted custom IVRs for customer flow, implemented a GraphQL API for call features (e.g., hold/unhold, mute/unmute, transfer, conference, preview callback, precision routing), and introduced advanced chat capabilities like agent-to-agent chat transfers using a custom pub-sub architecture.
